Q:Will I be starving all the live long day?
   A: No, you will be eating nutrient dense foods; this is not a diet. You are not eating tiny portions of fat free food. You will derive pleasure from your meals and be satiated physically, emotionally and psychologically.

Q: Can I still workout during the program?
A: Definitely. Please consult with your Doctor if you have any specific concerns about working out.
Q: Do I have to purchase any special supplements, shakes or pills? 
A: No. This is a real food program, you will eat real food!

Welcome back!! I am Coach Gila and I have run numerous successful kosher whole 30 programs. The participants in my programs have had tremendous success!

I have been asked time again to create a group so that I can continue guiding you, supporting you, and coaching you well after your whole 30 has ended.

Here it is!

The purpose of this group is to stay on track with your healthy lifestyle after your Whole30 has ended.

FAQ:

Q: What if I already introduced certain foods can I still join your support group?  
A: Yes, if you reintroduced certain foods, you can definitely still be part of this alumni group!

Q:What will I get if I join your Whole30 alumni group?
A: 1.  Daily support. You will all post pictures of your meals in our group so that we can inspire and motivate each other. I will be present to answer any questions as well.
2. I will continue to teach healthy habits to the group. I will introduce the healthy habit and then we will work on it. I will provide tips, tools and strategies to make it work. These healthy habits will then become routine for you.
3.  Scheduled weekly FB live talks. Day and time to be announced.
4. Challenges: I will constantly be changing it up by hosting challenges in our group. Some examples - water challenges, exercise challenges....yes, there will be prizes!! This is an awesome way to prevent losing momentum and fall back into habits that do not serve you.



Together we will overcome all obstacles and make life-long food freedom a reality! I am ready to support you, coach you and guide you!

Fee: $40 every 2 weeks. My goal is to create a super supportive alumni program while keeping it affordable!
