Overnight Oatmeal (GF)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of milk , I use coconut milk
  • 1 cups of oats, I use gluten free Rolled Oats from TraderJoe
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 tsp. pure maple syrup
  • Dash of cinnamon

Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a mason jar, place in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning your oatmeal is ready to heat and serve!

Put out a toppings bar and enjoy!

 

Toppings bar options: sliced bananas, fresh berries, a dollop of almond butter or sun butter, raisins, craisens, nuts and seeds.
